2. Our Services

Boxmile provides logistics and cargo services including Bulk Cargo, FTL & LTL (Full Truckload & Less than Truckload), Refer Container (refrigerated container transport), Courier Services, Pan India & Overseas cargo coordination, Door to Door Cargo, Passenger Baggage Delivery, Air Cargo, Airport to Airport, and Sea Cargo.

Service availability, routes, and transit timelines depend on cargo type, destination, and prevailing conditions, and are communicated at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Quotations

Quotes provided by Boxmile are estimates based on the information you share about your cargo, route, and timeline. Final charges may vary depending on actual weight, dimensions, route conditions, or additional handling requirements.

A booking is confirmed only once Boxmile acknowledges it. Boxmile reserves the right to decline any shipment that does not meet our safety, legal, or packaging requirements.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the cargo, including its nature, weight, dimensions, and any hazardous properties.

You must ensure that goods are legally permitted to be transported and are packaged appropriately for the mode of transport selected.

Any documentation required for interstate or overseas movement, including invoices, permits, or customs paperwork, must be provided by you unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

Boxmile takes reasonable care in handling, transporting, and delivering all cargo. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value declared at the time of booking, subject to applicable law.

Boxmile is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or regulatory restrictions.

6. Payments

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Boxmile reserves the right to hold or delay delivery of cargo where payment terms have not been met.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for a refund of unused charges, subject to any costs already incurred by Boxmile. Cancellations after dispatch will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Boxmile’s services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

9. Changes to These Terms

Boxmile may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
